- Phonebase - All records on the supplier’s site based file are verified by running the file against their phonebase database.
- Goneaways - All goneaways are refunded in full, datacaptured and suppressed from the mailing file.
- Autodial - All records are run through the autodial programme to identify any dead lines. All dead lines are then checked back against phonebase to identify whether they have moved or ceased trading.
