Maintenance
To ensure the data is maintained effectively, it is subjected to the following updating processes:
- Companies House - all newly appointed and outgoing directors are amended as necessary.
- Phonebase - all name and address information is verified against the supplier’s phonebase database on a quarterly basis to ensure that all information is accurate and complete.
